Keep the Road Paved for Aggies Constructors

Help ensure the continuing success of Francis Hall, the first free-standing facility for construction education in Texas. Your gift, no matter how big or small, will make a difference to maintain and improve our program and facilities.

You can name a classroom, lab, office or suite; be recognized as a donor on our donor “Hall of Fame” board; or contribute to the Professor Bob Segner Auditorium.

Donate online or by contacting Erik Baker at 979.862.5765 or ebaker@txamfoundation.com

Ways to Give

Matching Gifts

Ask your human resources department whether your employer will match your Francis Hall contribution or select “My employer will match my gift” to search the database when making an online gift.  You could possibly double or triple the size of your donation.

Multi-year Pledges

Any gift of $1,000 or more can be pledged over the course of up to five years. If you would like to know more about multi-year pledges or naming a room contact Erik Baker with the Texas A&M Foundation, at 979.862.5765 or ebaker@txamfoundation.com.

Campaigns

Preservation Brick Campaign

Leave your mark at the entrance to Francis Hall through our preservation brick campaign. Funds raised through this program will support the preservation and maintenance of Francis Hall.  Bricks can be engraved with your name/company, or you may purchase a brick to honor someone else.

Purchase a brick for $500 by completing this order form.  For questions, contact Melissa Sodolak at 979.862.7354 or msodolak@tamu.edu.

Professor Bob Segner Auditorium Seats

Nancy and Don Weaver ’76 made a $250,000 gift in honor of Bob Segner, the namesake of the auditorium in Francis Hall. With generous matching commitments from Roger Chartouni ’84, Keith Dalton ’85, Greg Walla ’79, and Andrews Myers, Attorney at Law, the effort to make this a reality has now topped $750,000. We are asking former construction science students to sponsor the remaining seats in the Bob Segner Auditorium to complete the $1 million naming goal.

For $5,000, you can have a permanent seat in Bob Segner’s class. Your name (or any name you choose) will be placed on “your” chair and on the donor plaque which hangs prominently in the auditorium.

You can make a one-time gift of $5,000 or, if you prefer, pledge $1,000 a year and pay over 5 years.  Either way, you will honor Bob’s long career serving generations of Construction Science students and helping build the future for each new generation of Aggie constructors.
