College of Architecture personnel and computing resources must follow federal, state and university IT policy. College-level policy is intended to clarify details on how our college complies with these regulations.

Faculty & Staff IT Risk Assessment (RA-1)

All non-IT professionals must complete a risk assessment form for any devices on which they have administrative privileges. Failure to complete risk assessment within 4 weeks of receipt will result in removal of privileges.

Workstation Lifecycle (SA-1)

All workstations belonging to the College of Architecture must

  • Be purchased by IT staff and with a minimum 3-year professional, on-site warranty
  • Run an authorized, licensed copy of the relevant operating system
