Minor in Facility Management
While the construction science major focuses on creating, planning, and supervising the built environment, the facilities management minor focuses on maintaining its functionality.
In this program, you’ll learn how to integrate people, places, and technology to support the public and the spaces they occupy. You’ll also become familiar with the core components of project management, including:

- Building sustainability

Students wishing to declare a minor in facilities management should consult with advisors in their home college or school and in the Department of Construction Science. Applicants must have a 2.0 or better overall GPR to be considered for the program.
