We focus on understanding and addressing the unique challenges faced by these communities, ensuring that our work is grounded in equity, inclusivity, and sustainability. Our primary research areas include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Affordable Housing<\/strong><br>Recognizing the critical need for affordable housing within Hispanic communities, our research examines the barriers to housing access and affordability. We analyze socioeconomic factors, housing policies, and market dynamics that disproportionately affect these populations. Our goal is to support the development of vibrant, inclusive neighborhoods that reflect the values and aspirations of Hispanic residents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Policy Analysis<\/strong><br>Through rigorous policy analysis, we evaluate the effectiveness of housing and health policies impacting Hispanic communities. Our research highlights disparities in access to resources and advocates for evidence-based policy reforms that promote equity. By engaging with policymakers and community advocates, we seek to inform and influence policies that address the specific needs of Hispanic families, ensuring they receive the support necessary for health and housing stability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Environmental Sustainability<\/strong><br>Sustainability is integral to our vision for housing and community health.
