As Principal-in-Charge of the Urban Architecture Studio, Scott actively shapes the urban landscape throughout the Sunbelt states. Scott continues to influence his clients on Sustainable Urban Growth Strategies and High-Density Mixed-Use Developments through his published writings in professional journals and white papers. Scott has led teams in designing and constructing over 100 high-rise and midrise urban residential buildings, totaling $7.5 billion in construction value. His Urban Architecture experience is tempered by industry leaders, including Hines, Gables Residential Trust, Stonelake Capital Partners, The Hanover Companies, Camden REIT, Trammell Crow Residential, Greystar, and Forest City for the design of mid-rise and high-rise developments.
By providing his clients with direction on urban-scale design, combined with his understanding of lifestyle demographics and future design trends, Scott has led his firm to design numerous award-winning projects with a distinct sense of place. Scott has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Trinity University and a Master of Architecture from Rice University.
