Upon his graduation with a Bachelor&#8217;s in Architecture in 1947, he joined the fledgling firm of Caudill Rowlett, Architects. In 1948, when Scott became a partner, the firm&#8217;s name became Caudill Rowlett Scott, Architects. Scott developed the team concept of CRS through direct action with clients and through the firm&#8217;s business development activities. In 1973, Wallie Scott was named president and chief executive officer of the CRSS architectural subsidiary.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Scott retired in 1986, but continued to serve as a consultant to the company until his death in 1989.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Wallie Scott was a student of Bill Caudill at Texas A&amp;M.
