How to Give

If you want your gift for the Texas A&M College of Architecture to go to work immediately, a current gift of cash or securities might be the best option.

Give by Credit Card

The Texas A&M Foundation accepts credit card payments online.

Give by Mail

Write a check payable to the Texas A&M Foundation, note in the memo field how you would like your gift directed (i.e. Dean’s Excellence Fund, or a specific scholarship, chair or program) and mail to:

Deanna Cowan
Texas A&M College of Architecture
Coke Building 207
College Station, TX 77843-3137

For more information contact Deanna Cowan at dcowan@tamu.edu or by phone at 979.862.5765.

Matching Gifts

You may be able to increase the amount of your gift by taking advantage of a corporate matching program. Several companies offer retirees and widowers of employees the same matching gift opportunities they offer current employees.

If your employer offers matching gifts, you may be able to make a larger donation to the Texas A&M College of Architecture without further reducing your own assets and still receive a charitable deduction for the amount you give.

Each qualifying employer has a slightly different process and deadline, so be sure to check with your HR department for details.

Honorary & Memorial Gifts

A gift in memory or in honor of a relative, friend, student, professor, or teacher is a generous and thoughtful way to recognize a person’s life and accomplishments. When you make an honorary or memorial gift, the Texas A&M Foundation will notify the honoree or next of kin, and the gift is used as you specified.

Planned Gifts

Create an estate and gift plan that will achieve a lasting impact. Tailor the gift to your unique needs and interests.

For more information on establishing a Planned Gift in the College of Architecture contact Jennifer Hester at jhester@txamfoundation.com, 979.845.7479 (office).

Corporate Gifts

Corporate support comes in two forms: giving and volunteering. Contributions from organizations support students, faculty, programs and capital improvements.

Volunteering enables advanced access to emerging ideas and technologies through faculty-executive exchanges, advisory council memberships and guest lectures. Please contact us if you or your company is interested in serving on a board, as a mentor or volunteer, or engaging with the college in some other unique way.

Gifts of Real Estate

Multiple types of property for the benefit of the Texas A&M College of Architecture may be accepted by the Texas A&M Foundation to benefit the college, including residential, commercial, farm and ranch land, forest land, and oil and gas interests.
