Texas A&M University\u2019s Texas Target Communities Program (TxTC) is seeking small towns\/cities with populations less than 15,000 and rural counties interested in technical assistance on strategic planning, development projects, conceptual designs, Public Space and Small-Scale Design, assessments and studies, or resiliency planning.
Every January, we invite communities to submit project proposals and letters of interest to work with our program. Project proposals can include collaborative, community-engaged initiatives to develop strategies to local challenges.
