As part of this study researchers at the Texas A&amp;M Transportation Institute (TTI) and the Texas A&amp;M Hazard Reduction and Recovery Center (HRRC) worked with local emergency management and other officials along with other local stakeholders to reevaluate and develop new hurricane evacuation zones and conduct transportation analyses to facilitate their evacuation planning activities. Additionally, to support current and future evacuation, emergency management, hazard mitigation, and recovery planning activities, vulnerability analyses were undertaken and an online web-based GIS planning Atlas for the area was created.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following includes links to 1) The Rio Grande Valley Hurricane Evacuation Study Planning Atlas, 2) Evacuation Zone Maps in PDF format,
