Soon after its founding, Stefan Gresham, Jr. \u201918, Connor Navalta \u201918 and Cooper Hicks \u201918 joined the company as partners and the business was transformed into the only historically underutilized\/minority-owned business in the construction equipment rental space.<\/p>\n
